We collect: name, email, telephone number, postcode, and details about your requirements. For Partner Programme members we also collect business name and banking details for commission payments.
We process data to: respond to enquiries; arrange consultations; manage installations; run the Partner Programme; pay commission; and comply with legal obligations.
Processing is based on your consent when you submit an enquiry, contract performance for installations and partnerships, and legitimate interests for business administration.
Your data is stored securely. We do not sell your data to any third party. Partner banking details are stored securely and used exclusively for commission transfers.
Customer enquiry data is retained for 2 years. Installation and partner data is retained for 6 years from end of contract to comply with HMRC requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

All Forbes Blinds installations come with a 12-month aftercare guarantee. If anything needs adjusting after fitting — re-tensioning, alignment or motor reprogramming — we'll come back and sort it at no charge within the first year.

These terms govern the relationship between Forbes Blinds ("we", "us") and any individual or business accepted into the Forbes Blinds Partner Programme ("Partner", "you").
The Forbes Blinds Partner Programme allows approved partners to refer prospective customers in exchange for commission on completed orders. Participation is by application and approval only.
Partners agree to represent Forbes Blinds professionally and accurately; to make referrals in good faith; not to make false representations about our products; and to maintain confidentiality of trade pricing.
A referral is recorded when a prospect contacts Forbes Blinds quoting your unique referral code, or when you submit their details via the Partner Portal. Forbes Blinds reserves the right to assess whether a referral is valid.
Commission rates are agreed at onboarding. Standard rates range from 5–15% of net order value depending on product type and volume. Commission is paid within 30 days of the customer's order being completed and paid in full.
Partners must provide valid UK bank details for commission payments. Details are stored securely. It is the Partner's responsibility to notify Forbes Blinds of any changes.
All Forbes Blinds branding and materials remain the intellectual property of Forbes Blinds. Partners may use approved co-branded materials for programme purposes only.
Partners agree to keep confidential all trade pricing, commission structures and business information disclosed during the partnership.
Both parties agree to comply with applicable UK data protection legislation. Customer data shared for referral purposes must be handled lawfully and securely.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Forbes Blinds may terminate immediately in cases of misconduct or breach. Accrued commissions on completed orders will be paid upon termination.
Forbes Blinds accepts no liability for losses arising from a Partner's reliance on programme participation as a primary income source.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Forbes Blinds reserves the right to amend commission rates and programme terms with 30 days' notice to active partners.
